These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PortaPoddy website (portapoddy.com) and the podcast production services we provide. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

PortaPoddy is operated by Joe Mastrino, based in Elmhurst, Illinois, United States.

PortaPoddy provides mobile, full-service podcast production — including on-location recording, multi-camera filming, audio engineering, editing, vertical clip production, and distribution support. The exact deliverables for your project will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

• Bookings are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered.
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled recording date receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, but the deposit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months.
• Rescheduling is free if requested at least 7 days in advance.

You agree to:

• Provide a suitable recording space (or coordinate with us on location details)
• Ensure all guests have given consent to be recorded
• Deliver any agreed-upon assets (logos, intro music, brand guidelines) on time
• Review and approve content within the timeframe specified in your project agreement
